Galatex Collection is a new online modest fashion website, offering an exclusive shopping experience.
You will need to register an account if you want to enjoy the full benefits of transacting on the website. It is also a way of protecting all the activities you carry out on our website, but is not a must to. You can still make your order without any registration. But you must give us the delivery address if you want to use our delivery service.
Generally, an order can be changed if the request is made in a timely manner (i.e. within 6 hours from the time of purchase). Orders with status “Ready for Shipping”, “Shipped” or “Delivered” cannot be changed. Please contact us at support@galatexcollection.com.au on how we might be able to help you change your order(s).
Delivery costs will be refunded in the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your order before dispatch
- If we cancel your order due to stock availability
In any other circumstances, delivery costs will not be refunded.
