Please read and understand our Returns and Refund Policy
At Galatex Collection, our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 10 business days of receipt provided the following conditions are met:
- The items are returned within 10 business days of the receipt date.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels and tags attached and must be in its original Package.
- Dresses must not have been worn, washed or handled inappropriately.
- There is NO Exchange or Refund on any Flash Sales or Clearance Items, Hijabs and Evening Dresses.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable and the cost to post any returns are under the expense of the customer.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all the shipping costs involved.
- Please make sure that the return item is sent to us via AUSPOST only with tracking, as we will not be responsible for lost items.
- In the case of exchange, please allow 2 weeks for return of items, depending on our workload.
Returns Process
To return an item, please notify us by filling the form below or sending a message to support@galatex.com.au Please include following in the email message.
- Your order number (You will get this number when you purchase an item on our website)
- Your name, email and address, date of purchase and date of receipt, payment method used.
- A description of reason why you are returning item.
- Whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
Once we receive your message, we will contact you within 24 hours on how to process the returns. The information you provide below will be used to process your returns/refund as explained in our privacy policy page.
